According to the decision of organizing committee of the international conferences "BERLIN-PM'2005-2006-2010", "XIAN-PM'2008", "KUNMING-PM'2012" and three Moscow international summits of "PLATINUM GLOBAL" under patronage of the International organization "Professor E.I.Rytvin Foundation" (Berlin, Germany), with a support of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, the Union of producers of composites – the member of the All-Russian public organization "Business Russia" and international association of producers of precious metals will take place on December 16, 2013 the Fourth Moscow international summit of heads and specialists of the enterprises and the organizations – participants of the world market of precious metals "PLATINUM GLOBAL". 

The first summit of "PLATINUM GLOBAL" which was taking place in December, 2007, was devoted to the 75 anniversary since the birth of professor E.I.Rytvin, the scientist with the world name, the metallurgical science which has created school of sciences of heat resisting platinum alloys, the initiator and the organizer of carrying out a series of the international conferences on precious metals.

At the Second summit, successfully passed on December 16, 2009, in short messages of heads and specialists of the Johnson Matthey company (Great Britain), the Umicore AG&Co.KG company (Germany), JSC Ginalmazzoloto (Russia), JSC Polyus (Russia), Heraues GmbH (Germany), Societies of non-ferrous metals of China (People's Republic of China), JSC Krastsvetmet (Russia), JSC PZCM (Russia), JSC Ekaterinburg  Non-Ferrous Metals Processing Plant,  (Russia), JSC VDM Shchelkovo Plant (Russia), Donetsk state technical university (Ukraine), the Moscow State University of M.V.  Lomonosov (Russia), the Center of the international cooperation of producers and consumers of precious metals (Russia), the Russian branch associations, representatives of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation and Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation the analysis of the current situation and the forecast in production and consumption of precious metals was submitted.

The program of the Third Moscow international summit of "PLATINUM GLOBAL" turned on the block of short messages, an exchange of opinions of leading experts on topical issues of production and use of precious metals in various fields of activity. The summit took place in a web conference format.

About 100 representatives took part in an exchange of opinions on topical issues of production and use of precious metals in various fields of activity in a chat of a site of the summit from Russia, Ukraine, Germany, England, China.

The analysis of the current situation in the world and Russian markets of precious metals and forecasts in production and consumption of precious metals were submitted at blitz-conference by participants of the summit:  M.Yu.Piskulov (The Moscow representation of Johnson Matthey), Marge Ryan (Johnson Matthey), V.A.Goltsov (Donetsk national technical university), V.V.Shinkarenko (The international academy of informatization), D.E.Rytvin (The international organization "Professor E.I.Rytvin Fundation"), A.K.Frolkova (The Moscow university of thin chemical technologies of M.V. Lomonosov), I.Yu.Lebedenko (The Moscow state medico-stomatologic university), A.M.Orlov (JSC Ginalmazzoloto), S.V.Grokhovsky (Ekaterinburg Non-Ferrous Metals Processing Plant), A.Yu.Ramensky (National association of hydrogen power),

The organizing committee of the summit presented memorial session of memory of professor Ma Fukan, the great humanist, the known Chinese scientist, the organizer of science and the production which has made a huge contribution to development of the Russian-Chinese scientific, business and human connections.

It is planned that the Fourth Moscow international summit " PLATINUM GLOBAL, Moscow-2013 " will be carried out in a web conference format on the website from studio with participation of members of Presidium of the summit and assumes simultaneous web participation of several tens representatives from Russia, Germany, China, Ukraine, the USA, Latvia, Great Britain and other countries.  Participants of the summit will have opportunity in a mode online to make the message and to discuss on all discussed questions on any of three languages:  Russian, English or Chinese (simultaneous interpretation).

Following the results of the summit the edition of the press release and the publication of messages of all participants is supposed.
